Junction Boxes, 200 × 200 × 100 mm
Connection points for electrical circuits with terminals. Made to order in CRCA 1.2 mm / SS304 1.0-1.2 mm / GI, to your drawing.
Panel Boards
A 42-way surface panel board with a main MCCB of 100-400 A: three rows of MCBs on DIN rail plus an MCCB plate at the top.
Floor Boxes
Recessed electrical access points for floor installation. Made to order in SS304 2-3 mm or MS 3 mm, to your drawing.
Distribution Boxes
A 24-way distribution box: two rows of 12 ways, surface or flush mounted. Made to order in CRCA 1.0-1.5 mm, to your drawing.
Lighting Control Panels
A lighting-control panel for 8-64 zones: contactors and relays on DIN rail, a controller plate and a cut-out for the gateway.
Meter Boxes
A single-phase or three-phase meter box in galvanised sheet with a window and a lead-seal hasp so the utility can seal it. GI needs a zinc-safe weld or a rivet-and-seam construction.
Weatherproof Enclosures
Made to order in SS304 / SS316 1.5 mm, 400 × 500 × 200 mm. Size, finish and fittings to your drawing.

Floor-standing cabinets, panels and pillars

Feeder Pillars
Heavy-gauge (3 mm) free-standing outdoor cabinet for low-voltage distribution. The changes from a small wall box are the base ring, the rain canopy, double door with a 3-point lock and ventilation that keeps rain out.
Control Panels
Indoor floor-standing cabinet for control panels, MCC, PLC and VFD panels. Made to order in CRCA 2.0 mm, to your drawing.
Command Control Centres
An operator console-style control centre: 1,000 wide, 1,400 high with a sloped upper front carrying the HMI and push-buttons. Two doors give access to the wiring.
VFD Enclosures
A drive cabinet for variable frequency drives: forced ventilation through filtered fans, an EMI-tight door gasket and separate compartments for power and control wiring.
PLC Panels
A PLC panel with a chassis plate, a DIN-rail field for I/O modules and a segregated cable duct up one side. Depth 500 keeps it slim for control rooms.
Transformer Enclosures
A protective housing for a distribution transformer, ventilated by louvres and shielded from rain (IP23): heavier 2.5 mm sheet and two doors so the transformer can be reached from the front.

Bus Bar Enclosures
A protective case for busbars up to 4,000 A: a large 300 × 200 section in 3 mm sheet. Aluminium or copper bars are fitted by the busbar maker; the enclosure only carries and protects them.

Yes. Send the size, material, door arrangement, cut-outs and finish, and we quote from a single piece to batches.
What protection rating can I specify?
Ingress protection is a design target for each product, for example IP54 or IP65, and is confirmed by test on the first article. Tell us the target.
