From car to pit
A lift is a stack of sheet-metal parts that must fit one another and the shaft. Our range follows the lift from the car to the pit: car wall, ceiling and floor-pan parts in stainless steel or painted steel, landing door leaves, sill channels and jamb sections, operating-panel and hall-fixture boxes, a machine-room-less controller cabinet, and in the pit, ladders and safety barriers.
We also make working platforms (shaft scaffold frames) for installers, and service lifts such as dumbwaiter cars.
Packing and levelling shims
Guide-rail brackets and machine bases are set true with thin packing shims. We make lift guide-rail bracket packing sets in stainless steel, slotted for the bracket bolts, to the lift maker's drawing, and base-plate packing shims for machine frames. See shims for lifts and elevators.

Yes. Lift parts are made to the lift maker's drawing, material and finish. Send the drawing and the quantity and we quote.
Which finishes do you offer for car panels?
Stainless steel in the finish you specify, or painted and powder-coated steel in your colour. Tell us the finish and the sample you want to match.
Can you supply packing shims in sets?
Yes. We make guide-rail bracket packing sets and base-plate shims, in stainless steel, steel or galvanised sheet, in the gauges you specify.
