Steel that people stand on, climb and cover
Construction and infrastructure projects need fabricated steel for access and safety: plant access platforms, industrial staircases, handrail and toe-board systems, tank and pit ladders with safety cages and rest platforms, and manhole covers with frames. For services and power we make cable ladders and heavy-duty galvanised cable trays, feeder pillars, meter and distribution boxes and site power distribution boards.
For structures and plant we make base plates and anchor-bolt cages, equipment support frames and storage racking.
Packing and levelling shims
Steel columns, base plates and machine skids are set true on packing shims before they are grouted or bolted down. We make base-plate packing shims, slotted and holed, in mild steel, stainless and galvanised sheet from 2 to 6 mm. See shims for construction.

We fabricate in pre-galvanised and plain steel and arrange hot-dip galvanising for fabricated items on request. Tell us the coating and the thickness you need on the drawing.
Can you work from a structural drawing?
Yes. Send the drawing with the member sizes, plate thicknesses, the finish and the quantity. We review it and quote.
Do you supply anchor-bolt cages and base plates?
Yes, to the layout and size on your drawing, with the plate thickness and the finish you specify.
