The racks behind the network
Data centres, exchanges and telecom sites are built from the same sheet-metal parts: 19-inch racks and cabinets, wall-mount edge cabinets, outdoor battery and equipment cabinets, cable ladders and trays, and the shelves, rails and brackets inside. We make all of these, in the width, depth, height and door type you specify.
Our rack range starts at a general-purpose 42U cabinet and extends to colocation cabinets with a separate lock on each door leaf, a 47U network core rack with integral cable managers, a seismic-ready rack with floor anchoring, and a 48U rack for GPU servers with provision for liquid cooling. Outdoor cabinets and infrastructure
For sites outside the building we make double-wall, sun-shielded outdoor cabinets with heat-exchanger cut-outs, fibre distribution hub pedestals, shelter-to-tower cable bridges and antenna pole clamp sets. Inside the hall: overhead cable ladders, top-of-rack trays, raised-floor pedestal kits and rear-door heat-exchanger frames.

Server Cabinets
A premium server cabinet 600 wide × 1,200 deep: the extra depth takes long servers and the cable space behind them.
Network Cabinets
A 24U network cabinet 600 × 600 for switches and patch panels: lighter 1.5 mm posts, a glass or perforated front door and a fixed rear door.
Data Centre Racks
A high-density rack with 2.5 mm posts, 80 % open doors and sealing strips so it works in hot/cold aisle containment.
Floor Standing Cabinets
A 32U enterprise floor cabinet with lockable doors and side panels and cooling-ready roof cut-outs (height between the 24U and 48U ends of the range).

A wall fibre-management unit for 12-96 fibres: splice trays, patch adaptors and slack storage behind a lockable door, with bend-radius guides folded from the same sheet.

Wall-Mount 9U Cabinet with Lockable Perforated Door and Fan Tray
A sealed glass-door wall cabinet runs hot with switches inside. A perforated lockable door plus a thermostat-controlled fan tray is the practical upgrade.

Cooling Integration Chassis
A 2U fan-tray plate for rack cooling: three Ø80 fan cut-outs, folded 15 mm returns and ear holes. The 2 / 4 / 6-fan options change the plate width or add rows.
Cable Management Systems, Telecom & Data Centre
The vertical cable manager that sits between racks: a 100 × 100 U with slotted sides ('fingers') to hold cables. Horizontal managers are the same section cut to a 1U or 2U length.
Rackmount Accessories
One fixed shelf stands for the whole family of rack accessories: patch-panel trays (1U/2U), cable-management rings, blanking panels, fan trays and shelves. The front flange carries EIA-310 ears (holes 465.1 mm apart) and the shelf is stiffened by 15 mm side returns.
Patch Panel Trays
A 1U patch-panel tray, 250 deep: a shallow shelf that carries a patch panel and the cable bend behind it.

A bracket that carries a vertical PDU on the rear of a cabinet; the keyhole slots are punched to the PDU maker's drawing.

A 1U sliding tray for a keyboard or KVM console: the shelf is like the fixed rack shelf but longer, mounted on ball-bearing slides.

Can you make non-standard rack sizes?
Yes. Height, width, depth, door type, finish and fittings are specified for each order. Send a drawing or describe what you need.
Do you supply PDUs, fans and cable managers?
We make the rails, brackets, fan-tray cut-outs and cable managers, and fit parts you supply or specify. Tell us what you will install.
Do you make outdoor cabinets for telecom sites?
Yes: double-wall sun-shielded cabinets, battery cabinets and pedestals. Ingress protection is a design target confirmed by test on the first article.
