Flat shim sheet in sets of gauges for tool-rooms and maintenance shops that cut their own shapes, and custom outlines cut to your drawing in stainless steel, brass and steel.
Shim sheet sets
A set holds seven stainless steel 304 sheets, one of each gauge from 0.8 to 3.0 mm (0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0 mm), cut to 300 × 300 mm and flattened and marked. Sizes from 150 to 500 mm.
Custom shims to your drawing
Send an outline (PDF, DXF or DWG) with hole positions, gauge, material and quantity. Gauges from 0.8 mm are cut on our shear and turret punch; thinner gauges are laser-cut or photo-etched.

What file formats do you accept?
DXF, DWG, STEP or PDF drawings, or a sample. Include the material, gauge, tolerance and quantity.
Can you cut shims thinner than 0.8 mm?
Yes: 0.1 to 0.75 mm gauges are laser-cut, and 0.05 mm is photo-etched.
