The metalwork around the machine
A drone or a robot is only as useful as what it sits in, travels in and works behind. We make that metalwork: docking-station shells and landing pads for drones, hard cases and battery-and-refill carts for field crews, and for factory automation, robot-cell base pedestals, interlocked access-door panels, machine safety fence panels, operator pedestals, conveyor guards and CNC machine enclosures.
Frames, shells and enclosures are cut, punched, formed and welded to your drawing in steel, stainless steel or aluminium, with the finish and the cut-outs for your sensors, connectors and cabling.
Shims for alignment and calibration
Machine bases, camera mounts, gimbals and fixtures often need small, accurate height adjustments. We make shims and spacers from 0.05 mm foil to 6 mm plate; see shims for drones and UAV equipment.

Do you make drones or flight parts?
No. We make ground equipment and automation hardware: stations, cases, carts, frames, guards and enclosures. Flight hardware is outside our range.
Can you cut-out an enclosure for our sensors and connectors?
Yes. Send the drawing or a DXF of the cut-outs, with the material and finish, and we make the shell to match.
Do you make prototypes and short runs?
Yes. Prototype, small batch and repeat orders are all made to your drawing.
