Ground-mounted structures for commercial installations. Made to order in GI/HDG steel, to your drawing.
Rooftop Structure Kits
A knock-down residential rooftop kit: one row of two modules at 10 degrees on light C-section rafters, drilled and numbered so a two-person crew can assemble it with bolts.
Rooftop Ballast Tray (No-Penetration Mount)
Made to order in GI 1.5-2.0 mm folded tray + tilt legs, 2,300 × 2,265 × 549 mm. Size, finish and fittings to your drawing.
EV Charger Protection Bollard
Ø114 × 1,000, HDG Pipe with Base Plate and Reflective Band (No Crash Rating)
Wind Turbine Components
A typical small-wind fabricated part: the yaw base plate that joins the tower to the nacelle.
Battery Racks
Steel angle uprights with RHS shelf beams for 12 VRLA batteries of about 45 kg each (180 kg per tier; 540 kg per rack; the frame is designed for 1000 kg+).

Boxes, cabinets and enclosures

DCDB Enclosures
The box that houses DC fuses, breakers and surge protection at the array. Made to order in GI 1.5 mm / SS304, to your drawing.
Array Junction Boxes
A 300 × 400 × 150 box at the array where several string cables meet: fuses and terminal blocks for 1,000/1,500 V DC, with a monitoring option.
Power Meter Enclosures
A tamper-proof meter box for net or gross metering: a sealed hasp, a viewing window and a separate gland plate; the utility fixes the size and the seal points.
Solar Junction Boxes
Connection points for solar panel circuits with diodes. Made to order in GI/SS 1.2 mm, to your drawing.
ACDB Enclosures
An AC distribution box on the inverter output, up to 100 kW: MCB / MCCB / RCCB on rails, a busbar and a metering gland plate.
Combiner Boxes
A 600 × 700 × 250 combiner for 4-32 strings: fuse holders per string, a DC busbar, a surge protector and a main isolator, behind a hooded door.
Solar Street Light Enclosures
A pole-top box for the controller and battery of a solar street light in 2 mm aluminium sheet with a gasketed lid, pole-band slots and a tamper screw.
Protection Relay Boxes
A relay box for the grid-protection relay of a solar plant (voltage, frequency and anti-islanding functions); 2 mm sheet for handling and a window for the relay display.

Module Clamps
Metal fasteners for securing solar panels to rails. Made to order in SS304 4 mm / Al 6005 extrusion, to your drawing.
Ground-Mount Base Plates and Anchor-Bolt Cages
The base plate for a post or pole foundation: 6 mm shown (plates of 10-16 mm are plasma-cut outside). The anchor-bolt cage is welded to a template ring so the bolt pattern stays within ±1 mm when concreted.
Inverter Wall-Mount Bracket with Sun Shield
Made to order in GI 2.0-3.0 mm. Size, finish and fittings to your drawing.
