12 V Battery Hold-Down Tray and Clamp

Dashboard Brackets
Support structures for instrument panels. Made to order in MS/Al 1.5-2.0 mm, e-coat, to your drawing.
Spare-Wheel Carrier Bracket
A swing-arm carrier for a 25-30 kg spare wheel: 6 mm E350 arm, 100 wide with gussets, hinge pin and padlock hasp; the load is the wheel weight × 4 for shock.
Number-Plate Frame and Bracket Set
The bracket half of a number-plate frame set: a 1.5 mm L bracket for the bumper; the frame is a flat folded rectangle with four screw holes.

A wall-mount weatherproof housing for an AC EV charger: a gasketed door, a sloped hood, a tamper switch bracket and a cable holster. The charger maker supplies the electronics and its safety approval.

ECU Housing IP67 with Pressure-Equalising Vent and Ground Tab
The ECU housing sealed to IP67 with a membrane vent, a bolted ground tab and the connector cut-out held to ±0.1 mm.

Underbody Metal Panels
An underbody protection panel 800 × 500 in 1.5 mm sheet with stiffening beads and a return flange; anti-corrosion coating is essential.
Mud-Flap Bracket and Splash Guard
A splash guard behind the wheel, 500 × 300 in 1.5 mm sheet with a return flange and slotted holes for the mud-flap.
Two-Layer Heat Shield with Air Gap and Rolled Edge
A double-skin heat shield: an outer 0.8 mm and an inner 0.5 mm layer held 10 mm apart by dimples and crimped together at a rolled edge.
