12 V Battery Hold-Down Tray and Clamp
A tray for a 12 V lead-acid battery, 300 × 200 × 60 in 2.5 mm mild steel with a drain hole, plus a hold-down bar and J-bolts. Acid-resistant coating matters more than thickness here.

A Z-bracket carrying a 100 kg design (shock) load at a 40 mm arm, in 5 mm E350 steel, 80 mm wide.
