Outdoor and telecom cabinets
Weather-resistant cabinets and mounts for telecom and network sites: outdoor 42U rack enclosures, sun-shield cabinets, fibre distribution pedestals, pole-mount boxes and antenna mounts.
Outdoor equipment needs a sheet-metal shell that sheds rain, keeps the sun off and resists tampering. Double-wall sun-shield cabinets reduce heat gain, pole and wall boxes are fitted with gaskets and tamper-proof screws, and cut-outs are made for heat exchangers and door-mounted coolers that you supply.
Protection ratings (IP) are design targets. We confirm them by a water-spray test on the first article, so you see the result before repeat orders.

Questions buyers ask
Do outdoor cabinets come with air conditioners?
We make the cabinet and the cut-outs. The air conditioner or heat exchanger is fitted if you supply it; its cooling capacity is the cooler maker's calculation.
What finish is used outdoors?
Galvanised or stainless steel with a polyester powder coat for outdoor use. Tell us the site environment (coastal, industrial) and we recommend the finish.
