Brackets, mounts and base plates

Motor Mounting Brackets
A small braced bracket pair for a fan motor: 40 × 40 × 4 angles with a 30 × 30 × 3 diagonal, 300 mm arm and slotted holes so the motor position can be adjusted for belt tension.
Equipment Mounting Brackets
A heavier braced bracket pair for wall- or roof-mounted units up to 150 kg: 50 × 50 × 5 wall and arm angles with a 40 × 40 × 4 diagonal, 600 mm arm, multi-angle adjustment holes.

Condenser Guards
A perforated steel guard: Ø8 holes on 12 mm pitch (60° stagger) gives about 40 % open area; larger holes (Ø12 on 16) give about 51 %. Guard rules limit hole size to keep fingers out of the fan.
Heat Exchanger Covers
A stainless perforated cover for a heat exchanger: Ø6 holes on 10 mm pitch, heat- and corrosion-resistant, fastened with captive screws.
Louvered Panels
Ventilation panels with angled slats. Made to order in Al / GI / CRCA 0.8-1.2 mm, to your drawing.
Ventilation Grills
Decorative/functional air flow control panels. Made to order in Al / GI 0.8-1.2 mm, anodised or powder coat, to your drawing.
Access Panels
A service door for a duct or ceiling, 150-600 mm square: a flat 1.0 mm panel with a folded return, a neoprene gasket and quarter-turn fasteners.
Fresh-Air Louvre with Bird Mesh and Drain Sill
A weatherproof louvre 800 × 600 with deep 45 degree blades and a sloped drain sill; a bird mesh is riveted behind it.
Louvred Panel with Integrated Filter Frame and Quick-Release Latches
A louvred panel that also holds a washable filter in a rear frame and opens on two quarter-turn latches without tools.

AC Outdoor Unit Cabinets
Protective enclosures for outdoor AC condensers. Made to order in GI / pre-painted GI / Al 0.8-1.2 mm, to your drawing.
Filter Housings
A box that holds a bag or pleated filter in a duct: flanged ends to connect to the duct, a front-loading door with a foam seal and a filter guide rail.
Chiller Component Housings
A stainless housing for a chiller's valves and instruments: 1.5 mm SS316 for chloride resistance, a gasketed door and a drain.
Fan Housings
A casing for a blower or fan (6-36 inch diameter): a 600 × 600 × 300 box with a round inlet cut-out, a service door and vibration isolation on the fan mount.
Ceiling-Diffuser Plenum Box with Round Collar
The plenum box behind a 600 × 600 ceiling diffuser: a 590 × 590 × 200 box with a round collar (Ø200), lined with foil-faced insulation; the face plate is the access door for the damper.
