Compressors sit on 3-5 mm base plates on rubber mounts. The plate has four slotted mounting holes (or four Ø12 and a centre Ø20 bolt) and is pressed flat after cutting so the compressor seats without rocking.
A service door for a duct or ceiling, 150-600 mm square: a flat 1.0 mm panel with a folded return, a neoprene gasket and quarter-turn fasteners.
A kitchen hood is a hopper turned upside down: the same four trapezoids, the big opening faces down over the cooking line and the duct collar sits on top. Add baffle grease filters and a grease channel; the duct beyond the hood is fabricated to the fire code the site follows.
