Built for damp, chemical and dusty places
Water and mining plants are hard on metal. We make the cabinets, covers and structures for them in stainless steel, galvanised steel and coated mild steel: dosing and chlorination cabinets with leak trays, pump panels with rain hoods, water-ATM and RO kiosk cabinets, valve housings, meter enclosures, and rainwater-harvesting filter boxes.

Chlorine and Chemical Dosing Cabinet with Leak Tray
A ventilated dosing cabinet 1,000 × 1,800 × 600 with a welded leak tray sized to hold 110 % of the largest tank, a vent stack to a safe area and chemical-resistant gaskets.
Pump Control Panels
Wastewater and water-plant pump panels sit in wet, corrosive rooms and outdoors. SS304 (or 316 in chlorine areas) with continuous welds, a sunshield and a stand keeps water off.

Control Panel Boxes
A process control enclosure for a treatment plant, wall-mounted, 600 × 800 × 250 in 316 stainless for chlorine and chloride sites; the same continuous welds and gasket as the pump panel.
Flocculator Panels
A control panel for a flocculation drive: 500 × 600 × 250 in 1.5 mm SS304 with a drive-speed potentiometer cut-out and a window; wall or stand mounted.
Valve Housings
A lidded stainless box that covers a valve, a flow meter or a sensor in a wet pit: quick-release latches so an operator can open it in seconds, an O-cord gasket and a hood over the cable glands. For 'effluent monitor' use add a viewport.
Protective Covers
A lidded cover for a pump, valve set or instrument in a wet pit: 600 × 400 × 300 in 1.2 mm SS316, quick-release latches and an O-cord gasket, UV-stable.
Effluent Monitor Housings
A sealed housing for an effluent monitor, 350 × 250 × 200, with a polycarbonate viewport so the display can be read with the lid shut.

Process Skid Frames
A skid carries pumps, filters or dosing equipment as a single lift: two ISMC 150 base rails, four ISMC 100 crosses, forklift pockets, uprights and a top frame with lifting eyes. Tank supports, clarifier frames, chlorinator and chemical-storage frames use the same members.
Mining Support Systems
A structural frame for mining equipment: 100 × 100 × 6 posts and ISMC 150 rings, 2,000 × 1,500 × 1,500, coated to the mine's specification.
Pipe Rack Supports
A two-tier pipe-rack bay 3,000 wide × 600 deep × 2,500 high in ISMC 100 channels, hot-dip galvanised, carrying 600 kg per tier beam of pipework.
Settling Tank Braces
A reinforcement grid for a sedimentation tank wall: a 2,000 × 2,000 ring of 65 × 65 × 6 angles with two cross braces, epoxy coated.
Clarifier Frames
The support frame for a clarifier mechanism: 2,500 × 2,500 × 800 with SHS legs and ISMC ring beams for the drive and rake.
Tank Support Frames
Robust support structures for water storage tanks. Made to order in Heavy MS ISMC 100-150, epoxy, to your drawing.
Chlorinator Frames
A stainless frame for chlorine dosing equipment: 800 × 600 × 1,200 in 316 tube, no carbon steel, with a lower tray for the drip.

Weir Plates
A sharp-crested weir plate for a settling or clarifier tank, with a 90° V-notch that meters and levels the overflow. Flow through a 90° V-notch is Q ≈ 1.38·H^2.5 (m³/s, H in metres).
V-Notch Weir with Adjustable Height Slots and Gasket Face
A V-notch weir plate with four vertical bolt slots 8 × 30 that allow the crest height to be adjusted and a machined gasket face on the back so it seals against the tank wall.
Trench and Sump Cover Plates with Lifting Handles
A cover for a cable trench or sump: 5 mm chequered plate with a 40 mm return so it sits flush in its frame, with recessed handles for lifting.
