The food-plant workhorse: a stainless hopper of about 200 L with a flanged top and outlet. The four trapezoid panels are developed from true geometry; seams are TIG-welded, ground and polished so no crevice traps product.

Food Contact Trays
A food-handling tray 600 × 400 × 40 in 1.2 mm SS304 with a safety-rolled edge; corners TIG-welded and ground, surface #4.
Product Trolley / Tilt Hopper on Castors
A hopper trolley that moves product between machines: an 800 × 700 hopper carried on two tilt pins in a welded SS304 trolley frame (base ring, four posts, pivot plates) on four castors, with a handle at the rear rim that tips the hopper forward to discharge.

Sieve / Grader Frame and Housing
The frame of a vibrating sieve or grader: a 1,000 × 600 × 500 tube frame with spring mounts, carrying a perforated deck and a housing.
Grain-Bin Ladder and Roof Hatch
A fixed 6 m ladder with a safety hoop cage for a grain bin, plus a 600 × 600 hinged roof hatch with a rubber seal; galvanised.

Equipment Safety Guards
A perforated guard around belts, pulleys and chains. Ø6 holes on 9 mm pitch give about 40 % open area and keep fingers out at the distance the guard sits from the hazard. Where the guard opens, fit a safety interlock.
Modular Milk Tank Cladding
A flat cladding panel 1,000 × 800 in 1.2 mm SS304 #4 for insulated tanks; curved panels are rolled outside, this flat panel stage is done here.
Machine Motor Cover and Weather Hood
A hood over an outdoor motor or drive in 1.2 mm GI with louvres and a drip edge, held by quick-release clips.
Machine Guard with Interlock Bracket and Tool-Free Latches
The perforated guard with a bracket for a coded safety interlock switch and toggle latches so it opens without tools while the machine stops.
Grain Silo Access Doors
A bolted access door on a grain silo or bin wall: a 3 mm door on a welded angle frame with cam locks, a full-perimeter gasket and a brush strip at the bottom against pests.
Storage Bin Panels
A modular bin panel 1,000 × 1,000 in 2.0 mm galvanised sheet with 40 mm flanges drilled on a common bolt pattern, sealed at the joints with tape.

Bagging Station Panels

Pulverizer Housings
A dust-tight housing around a grain or spice pulveriser in 3 mm mild steel with a bolted access door, a rubber gasket and a feed hopper flange.

Fruit Sorting Guide Rails
A narrow smooth U-channel guide for sorted fruit: 120 wide, 60 high sides, 1.2 mm SS304 with radiused, polished edges to avoid bruising and slotted holes for height adjustment.
Chute and Diverter Sections (Rectangular to Round)
A rectangular chute transition 400 × 300 to 200 × 200, 400 high: four developed trapezoids with flanges; a round outlet is approximated as a square and rolled in for a true round.

Which materials suit wash-down areas?
Stainless steel (SS304 or SS316). For dry areas, galvanised or painted steel is cheaper.
